Trinity Hospice Care provides an individualized Plan of Care for each patient that is developed by our interdisciplinary team, in collaboration with the patient and family. Volunteers are implemented into the Plan of Care as requested by the family. This is where you come in to fill that need and bring an uplifting experience to the patients end of life time. We currently have opportunities available in Canton, Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw & Acworth. Bring a Smile, hold a hand, read, play music, run errands, celebrate a birthday, etc.
Background checks, TB screen, CPR & Hospice Training all included in our volunteer program.
