The Camp Fire in CA, was the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in California's history

The fire caused 85 deaths and destroyed more than 18,000 structures. The town of Paradise was almost completely destroyed, losing about 95% of its structures. The town of Magalia and Happy Camp was also largely destroyed.

Many people have forgotten about the Camp Fire, and nearly all the relief agencies who initially rushed to help have long since moved on. But International Relief Teams continues to support the many elderly, uninsured and others who cannot recover on their own, by sending teams of construction volunteers every other month to help rebuild their homes.

Nearly 4 years after the fire, the needs in the devastated communities are still great. IRT has been asked to send a construction team EVERY month, which we can, and want to, do - but we need more volunteers.

International Relief Teams will arrange for all your logistics: airfare, rental vehicle, and lodging for the week.

We also have a team going in Sept 11-18, and Nov 13-20.

If you have the time, please volunteer. Construction skills are desired but not necessary. Please share this pressing need with your friends and family, and ask them to pass this on to others.

With your help, we can make it possible for victims of the Camp Fire to finally return to their homes.
