We are looking for a receptionist to cover our front desk during the noon hour.
As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our special services library. You will welcome blind or elderly patrons and many other people who visit the library. To be successful as our receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, remain calm, and respond appropriately to all visitors.

Our mission is to serve the blind and disabled readers in Colorado by providing books and magazines in large print, audio, or Braille format

Description

A free service to Coloradans of all ages who are unable to read standard print material due to visual, physical or learning disabilities whether permanent or temporary. CTBL provides audio, Braille and large-print books and magazines. We have served readers in Colorado since 1931as a member of the network libraries in the National Library Service for the Blind - Library of Congress. CTBL received the Colorado Association of Libraries (CAL) Library of the Year Award for 2017. CTBL was named the Library of Congress - National Library Service for the Blind and Disabled Library of the Year.
