ORGANIZATION: Simpson Housing Services, Inc.

Help provide Simpson Housing’s Emergency Homeless Shelter with bedding! Each night 66 single adults sleep at the shelter and we offer a safe, clean, and comfortable bed. These basic bedding materials are crucial to making sure that guests feel comfortable.

Many groups will choose a few specific items that they will collect, others will advertise a full list of all supplies needed. Items to collect are:

  • Twin Sheet Sets
  • Cotton Twin Size Blankets
  • Fleece Twin Size Blankets

This is a flexible volunteer opportunity; you can volunteer one time or on an ongoing basis.

Donation Delivery Hours

We are currently accepting in-person donations by appointment only. When you have your items collected, visit our donation scheduler at for donation times and drop off location information.

To house, support and advocate for people experiencing homelessness.


We know that with close, individual advocacy and support, men, women and families experiencing homelessness achieve housing stability.

We are committed to Housing First: house people quickly, then provide services as needed.

We operate over 20 programs for three distinct groups of participants:

  • shelter programs for single adults without children
  • housing programs for single adults without children
  • housing programs for families with children
