Youth Visitor Services Assitant

The visitor services assistant position is designed for students or youth with limited volunteer or work experience. Supervised by the Director of Operations, they will assist with cleaning and administrative tasks while learning basic customer service and workplace tasks.

Duties

• Regularly reset exhibits, ensuring all exhibit objects are put away and tidy.
• Light cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dusting, glass cleaning
• Sanitize exhibits as necessary
• Greet Visitors and answer questions
• Assist with programs, including preparation, supply distribution, and clean up.
• Administrative Tasks as necessary, including data entry, preparation of mail
• Other tasks, as directed
