The Joyful Noise Theater Company is seeking a Director of Development to oversee partner relationships with individuals and organizations to secure philanthropic support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to collaborating with the board of directors to create and implement a fundraising plan, develop a digital fundraising strategy, build relationships with new donors and maintain relationships with existing supporters.

Description
The Joyful Noise Christian Theater was founded in 2021 by our Artistic Shepherd, Selmore Haines, III, after a season of intense prayer, guidance from the Holy Spirit, and encouragement from family, friends and avid supporters. TJNCT is committed to bringing the DFW Metroplex live theatrical experiences that will promote a positive outlook on life and celebrate the goodness that exist in all of us. We intend to advocate Christian principles, but we are not directly affiliated with any organized parish, nor will we discriminate against any religious or non-religious associations in any TJNCT endeavor. Our goal is to entertain all ages with a variety of productions that will leave audiences feeling uplifted and hopeful about the future. Just as Christianity is not limited to any ethnicity, all of TJNCT productions will be ethnically diverse in its casting and staffing.
