About Caerus

Location:

Flat 13, North End Road House, London, W14 0RT, GB

Mission Statement

We are an online organisation providing visual and interactive STEM career experience to high school and university students. We aim to make career guidance material that is non-idealised allowing for students to get an authentic understanding of what certain professions are like. Caerus wants to make career education a bigger part of the curriculum in all schools, so that the ever-present question of 'what do you want to do with your life' has a less convoluted, more educated answer.

Description

Caerus, meaning opportunities in Greek, was founded in March 2021. Ever since then we have been expanding our organisation to provide day-in-the-life videos, interviews with STEM professionals, tests, company connections, live talks and more. Currently, we are designing courses and career-help workbooks to really hone into the interactive part of career experience. And in the foreseeable future, we are hoping to expand to utilising augmented reality and creating an interactive-simulation type experience of careers.
