Cook a meal and make conversation. Making a simple nutritious meal is easy and sharing your time can be rewarding to all. New Beginnings is a bridge housing community for chronically homeless to transition to more permanent homes. We are located in south Fayetteville. Check out our social media or website for more information. A group or one person can make a meal onsite or offsite. We have 20-25 residents living on site and have a fully functional kitchen.

Check out available days on our shared volunteer site: www.Mealtrain.com/gognne

Bring your own food or email your meal ingredients for NB to purchase. You may come cook as early as needed, but dinner is usually served around 5:30.

Please email Linda@newbeginningsnwa.org to ask questions or talk about recipes. Some meal suggestions from the Residents include: Fried Chicken, Chicken and Dumplings, Casseroles, Beef Stew, also seasonal comfort foods.
