Join our team and help facilitate compassionate care when needed most! We need friendly and capable volunteers to serve as the receptionist for our administrative office on Fridays from 12:30-4:30 pm. This requires the ability to professionally answer the phone and transfer calls in a medical setting, as well as assisting visitors and other clerical tasks. Outstanding communication, customer service, and critical thinking skills are a must! Training provided. Shifts may be served weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Some Friday morning shifts available.

Hospice & Community Care was founded in Rock Hill in the early 1980’s to bring the Hospice concept of compassionate caring to the people of York County and the surrounding communities.
Over the years we have helped thousands of terminally ill people live their final months in a comfortable, caring atmosphere. We are a non-profit agency, which means that we are driven by our mission of caring for our community and community members are stakeholders in our organization.
All of our revenue goes directly toward helping patients, their families and our community at large. Hospice & Community Care services are available to people of all ages, religion or race and provided regardless of their ability to pay.
