ORGANIZATION: Moving to End Sexual Assault

Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA) is looking for volunteers to support our annual fall fundraising event, Brave Bold and Beautiful.

Schedule/duties needed:

August / September / October

Distribute 5x7 cards to entertainers, artists, actors involved in BBB to distribute

Distribute 5x7 BBB invite cards to sponsors, silent auction donators, wine wall donators

Collect Silent Auction Items from donating businesses

Collect Wine Wall Bottles from donating businesses

Place wine bottles in wine bags

Week of BBB Event: October Mon 17 th - Wed 19 th

Collect any remaining donations from businesses Silent Auction and Wine Wall

Organize Silent Auction items into package groupings

Day of Event 10am-4pm

Set up Silent Auction Stations

Set up Wine Wall Station

Set outdoor signage for directions to event

Assist MESA Team with bringing in and setting up all necessary items for event

We believe that every person has the right to live free of sexual assault. We are moving to end sexual assault and the suffering it causes in our community. We challenge all forms of oppression and recognize their connection to sexual violence.


The mission Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA) is to end the suffering in our community caused by sexual assault. We believe every person has the right to live free of sexual assault. Through our client services we are here to help sexual assault survivors and their loved ones today and through our prevention education programs we are working towards changing tomorrow to ensure a world free of sexual assault.

Since 1972, MESA has and continues to be the only rape crisis center serving Boulder County. MESA serves over 1,000 individuals annually through our Rape Crisis & Information Hotline.
