ADOPTION ALUMNI TEAM MEMBERS NEEDED!
ORGANIZATION: LOVE PIT
Please visit the new page to apply.
Adoption Alumni Support currently works to support all dogs that have been adopted from TLP form 2016-current. Supporting all of these alumni means we could use your help! We are a team of 3 people at the moment and would love to add at least one more member, but there is always room for more. Weekly time commitment may vary depending on need and can be anywhere from 2-10 hours a week. Here are some of the primary duties we are looking for.
- Send check-in emails. After the dogs are adopted through our program we send a initial welcome email, a 30 day check-in, a 6 month and annual check in.
- Support: Basically we aid our adopters with any and all requests. We are a one stop shop for all adopters with any support they may need. If they are having medical, training, or even wanting recommendations we step in to help. This coordinator would reach out via our AAS email to support, encourage adopters to join our TLP Facebook Alumni page and post happy pics, ask them for a testimonial/ success story that we can share on social media.
- Adoption Alumni Team Support- For when an Adoption Alumni team member is out of town or need help with the inbox, going through support requests or have training support calls, and sending initial emails when needed
- Aiding to manage our Adoption Alumni Facebook page
