ORGANIZATION: Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH & Northern KY



Deliver food to your local senior and ensure no senior goes hungry!!!

 Meals will be picked up at 2091 Radcliff Drive Cincinnati, OH 45204 in the morning at the designated day and time. Delivery will be approximately12 meals and you will deliver using your own vehicle. Coolers will be provided but you are welcomed to bring your own. Volunteers must be able to fit a large cooler in your backseat or trunk.

1 Shift

  • morning / 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM
    Shifts start at 10:00am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You will have approximately 12 deliveries. It takes about 2.5 hours to deliver meals

To foster and support seniors who seek to stay in their homes as long as possible through the provision of essential home-based services.

Description

Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH & Northern KY provides Meals-On-Wheels, medical and specialized transportation, and independent living assistance services to seniors and disabled individuals in Greater Cincinnati and surrounding areas. Our programs also include Pet Portions, which provides free food to our clients cats and dogs, and PetKare, which provides clients with vouchers to be used at local select veterinary facilities for their pet's care. Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH & Northern KY also partners with more than 60 WesleyLinks churches to help seniors in their congregations secure information and services that will help them stay in their homes as long as possible.
