Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Aurora Health Care Volunteer Opportunities

You will be the friendly face that welcomes and cares for the patient the moment they come in to our health care facility. Ambassador volunteers assist with helping patients/visitors find their way to their destination throughout the hospital. You will greet patients at the front entrances, assist with wheelchair transports, and walk the patient to the appropriate area for their care. The patients are truly grateful to our ambassadors as you will help decrease the patient's anxiety.

Safety: Volunteers do not enter isolation rooms.

AAH will provide any required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Volunteers need to be at least 15 years of age and commit to at least 64 hours of volunteering during a rolling calendar year.

Please visit to complete an online application. You will receive a follow up e-mail with next steps once the application is received.
