Recruiting Organization: Take Trips MES (mentally, emotionally and spiritually)

Incarcerated youth of color can no longer be released just to go back into the system. This only serves to increase the recidivism rate. Take Trips MES is here to remove the barriers that prevent this population from seeking positive outcomes. We're looking for support with our digital channel to spread our message and invite more families that are impacted to share their stories. Candidate must be both a team player and work independently. Strong communication skills are important and acknowledging when to seek partnership with other resources available. Key projects include: payroll management, personnel onboarding, and tracking invoices.
