Our volunteer Director of Marketing & Communications ideally has experience handling both internal and external communication. This position plays a critical role in the overall success of the organization by effectively and passionately communicating and articulating the Minds Matter message in a way that inspires others to act in service to the organization and the community. Position designs, shapes and executes a comprehensive, multi-faceted, multi-media donor and stakeholder plan that supports the organization’s strategies and objectives, builds relationships with key audiences and works to position Minds Matter as the leader in college access and attainment. They also build and lead the team able to execute effectively on their vision/strategy.

Time commitment: This role will work independently from regular Saturday sessions, but must remain closely in touch with the organization.
