ViaQuest Hospice is seeking volunteers with registered therapy dogs (we have information about registering your dog!) to brighten a patient's day. You and your dog will bring a smile to a patient's face and make a happy difference in the day!
ViaQuest serves patients in and around the Marysville area to improve the quality of life in their last days, weeks or months. Volunteers are key members of the hospice team, and their therapy dogs are special visitors to our patients.
Therapy dogs must be registered/certified by an authorized Therapy Dog agency (we have info for you), and their owners must attend the ViaQuest Volunteer Orientation required for all volunteers.
We invite you (and your dog) to join our team of outstanding volunteers! Monthly orientation sessions are offered at our Marysville office. Email or call for more information or to register for an upcoming orientation.
