Job Title: Volunteer (remote) - Content marketing assessment and strategy development
Responsibilities & Duties:

• Thoroughly understand GCR goals & the profile of its core constituency
•  Understand the overall content strategy for GCR website
•  Create design, content edits and updates on existing pages
•  Create new content for new pages

Qualifications & Skills:
* The Web Content Specialist must understand the unique needs of their target audience.
* The Web Content Specialist must understand search engine optimization (SEO) and social media. Must be able to craft content that optimizes SEO, as well as create social media posts that attract followers.
* Must be able to grasp the requirements of each of these mediums in order to be successful.
* Must be able to craft content, whether it is the home page copy, a blog, or a video, and combine it with visual elements in order to keep people interested and coming back for more.
* Must have a strong eye for the most effective website design and a strong ear for well-written, SEO-driven content. Must be amazing editors that squash grammatical errors before the content goes live.
* Great communication skills, both in writing and verbal communication
* Good at proofreading for errors
* Can develop content for complex, efficient websites quicklyJob Summary:
This role requires reviewing, editing existing and developing new content & strategy for GCR the website. This is a remote role and a certificate/ letter could be provided on successful completion of the role.

The website already has all the content pages ready. We need a specialist who can review the page content strategy and edit them to cater to the needs of our target audience.
