ORGANIZATION: Orb-Tranz Research and Broadcasting Foundation

The volunteer is expected to train the leadership in using Trello or Asana app to create an effective dashboard (ready in excel form), coordinate and effectively execute multiple project teams.

Project Roadmap Step 1

Suggest the most appropriate PM tool (Trello or Asana or any other)

Step 2

Thoroughly review the project & Task Dashboard (already created on excel)

Step 3

Discuss with the Program Manager a strategy of streamlining all projects using a PM tool

Step 4

Create a comprehensive Dashboard using the app

Step 5

Train the Program Manager to use the tool effectively in executing the projects

Deliverables
  1. Export all the projects & team details from excel to a PM tool (Trello or Asana)
  2. Train the Program Manager to effectively in using the app within a stipulated time
Impact

Use of PM tool significantly improves the Program Manager's capability to be more efficient and effective in streamlining and executing multiple projects, especially with very meagre supervision capacity. Most importantly we would like to improve the satisfaction levels of volunteers contributing to our mission.
