We depend on volunteers to keep the Charter family strong. We offer different Volunteer programs catered to you and our patients. We provide Administration assistant, Music therapy, Pet therapy, Arts and Crafts, Patient interaction.

Description

Hospice is a special way of caring for people who have a life limiting illness. Charter Hospice is committed to delivering the latest and most innovative approaches in pain and symptom management. Our focus is on improving a patient’s quality of life by creating a more comfortable environment for them and their loved ones. The hospice services allow us to provide the physical, emotional, and spiritual support that you and your family need during this time. Our interdisciplinary team works directly with your physician and our hospice medical director to ensure you receive the best hospice care possible.
We currently seek a strong volunteer team that will work together to bring families hope.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Driver's License Needed
  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 14
  • Orientation or Training
  • We have 40 hour training that is done online. Volunteers may make their own schedules
  • COVID Vax is required for facilities along with proper PPE. We will provide your PPE.
