Summary:

This is a volunteer position. This person will create, manage and analyze data for Post Adoptions. This person will report to the Post Adoption Pack Leader.


Key Results Areas

  • Works with Post Adoption Pack Leader to determine a survey schedule for adopters
    • Survey following adoption to gauge satisfaction with adoptions process
    • 2-month post-adoption survey to gauge how well we’re supporting and providing resources to adopters via drip email campaign
    • 6-month follow-up
    • 1 year follow-up
  • Generates monthly reports in Airtable to filter survey recipients
  • Sends adopters periodic surveys to gauge their satisfaction with PHR and the Post Adoption program
  • Sends training surveys to new team members following training; sends results to Post Adoption Pack Leader
  • Generates a monthly report for Post Adoption Pack Leader to highlight positive feedback and summarize all negative feedback so Pack Leader can take action/make adjustments
  • Identifies click-through rates for drip email campaigns to isolate popular content and red-flag clicks where Pack Leader follow-up is necessary; generates summary report for Pack Leader action
  • Make recommendations for new email strategies based on data analysis
  • Analytics experience a plus but not required
  • Attends monthly team Zoom meeting

Mission Statement

Our mission is to decrease the euthanasia of high risk dogs in the Southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes.

Description

Path of Hope Rescue exists to rescue pregnant dogs and puppies under six months old. Since its creation in 2018, Path of Hope Rescue has helped over 1,000 moms and pups find their forever homes. While we believe in saving every dog conceived, we focus on puppies and pregnant mamas from shelters with high euthanasia rates in the Southern United States. We spay and neuter every single dog we rescue to ensure that we do not contribute to the massive overpopulation that results in thousands of dogs euthanized every year across the country. We set them up for the best possible life by careful screening of adoptive homes, continuing education, resources and training incentives to keep dogs in the home--FOREVER. We are a foster based rescue and therefore do not have a kennel location to visit.
