We are currently looking to expand our team of graphic designers. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to offer your expertise to a growing non-profit. You will also be able to network with like-minded individuals and build your portfolio with your creations!
Responsibilities
- Creating graphic designs that can be featured on items for our fundraiser
- Help design informational powerpoints that will be presented weekly to newly recruited community ambassadors
- Create designs that can be featured across all of the organization’s social media accounts
- Dedicating time to helping the organization with design creation/help
Preferred, but not required
- Attended school / currently attend school for a degree relevant to graphic design
- Experience using design programs such as:
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Indesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Experience creating flyers for community/volunteer events
- Knowledge of how to use PowerPoint applications (such as Google and Microsoft)
We encourage all individuals who are interested to apply! You do not have to be the most experienced or knowledgeable, as long as you are eager to help and learn along the way.

VantageFront strives to diversify the tech ecosystem by breaking down barriers, creating spaces, and connecting communities to support and empower those we work with to thrive. As we expand our scope and goals to create a connected network across the nation and beyond, we do so with the following intentions, and with a goal of transforming the global tech ecosystem. We work collaboratively with communities by offering social services, assistance, self-sufficiency, and empowerment resources to enrich and advance underrepresented groups and individuals.
Description
VantageFront is dedicated to onboarding new members into the tech community as well as providing resources and support for those already involved. We offer workshops, boot camps, and seminars to equip our members with the skills necessary for professional and personal advancement. We provide opportunities for knowledge sharing and mentorship. Our programs, ranging from coding education to mobile app development, have been established in over 20 countries. Once students are comfortable with the technical aspects of creation, we provide them with networking spaces where they can create and pitch projects. We have also facilitated hackathons, fundraisers, and virtual job fairs to aid our members with navigating the work and VC space. We hope to ultimately provide the tools necessary for our members to accomplish their professional goals.
