Summer Camp Volunteers Needed
ORGANIZATION: Junior Achievement of San Diego County
Please visit the new page to apply.
We have two volunteer roles this summer: mock interviewers and 'Shark Tank' judges.
Help us facilitate mock interviews with our campers. Campers will be applying for 'jobs' as part of our program simulation experiences. A list of sample questions will be provided for volunteers to ask campers.
As a Shark Tank Judge, you will watch campers' business pitches. Then, volunteers provide feedback, ask questions, and 'strike a deal' with the young entrepreneurs.
Learn more at jasandiego.org/ja-camps or email Pana Hap at phap@jasandiego.org.

Description
Junior Achievement offers immersive learning experiences to K-12 students to prepare them for the "real-world". Our programs center around the three pillars of success: financial literacy, work-readiness, and entrepreneurship. These programs are made possible through the support of our volunteers who deliver JA curriculum to students in the classroom and share their own personal experiences to positively impact young people’s perceptions about the importance of education, as well as critical life skills.
