Do you enjoy knitting or crocheting? How about spend time with a fun group of people knitting/crocheting and chatting, occasionally assisting with dropped stitches as needed? We need a couple more sighted volunteers to join our Knitting Club (members are blind and low vision or sighted volunteers) and help when needed. Fridays at the BSA office, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

In addition to knitting and crochet instructions, volunteers are asked to sometimes assist clients around the office, (finding the restroom, to their taxi or Pace vehicle, etc.,) and help with light clean-up afterwards.

Sighted Guide training is provided as part of the application process.
