Recruiting Organization: Little Wanderers

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow our volunteer base
• Act as a reliable point of contact for a team of at least 20-30 volunteers
• Recruit and work with volunteers to ensure appropriate staffing
• A pivotal part of the role is to work on retaining existing volunteers
• Report to the Executive Director

Ideal candidate:

• Leadership experience preferred, with ability to supervise and motivate team members and passion about animal welfare
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Reliable and responsive. Being able to communicate with volunteers regularly
• Ability to work well in a team
