Are you the type of person who loves to mingle with people, spread the word and enjoy helping others?
If so, come join our cause. Atlanta Youth Soccer Foundation is where young boys and girls find a home and a community that will care about their success as soccer player. We believe that when a child is supported by his/her community in doing what they love, they will contribute more. Our mission is to better the lives of children in the metro Atlanta area through soccer.
We are looking for multiple community managers.
As a community manager, you get to interact with people of all backgrounds and socio-economic status to connect them to our cause.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing and future families about our mission
- Setup community event inviting families to learn about how we help children and communities
- Work with scholarship coordinator to help families gather paperwork to apply for scholarships
- Work with families to continue to understand their needs and communicate with our board
- Be the face of AYSF in the community
We are looking for someone who is responsible, cares about others, wants to learn and gain skills to become the best community manager, and is a self-starter.
You won't be coming into an office to work. So most of your work will be in the communities where you are developing relationships. You can work at the convenience of your home and conduct meetings virtually if that is efficient.
