Key Responsibilities

The St. Jude Volunteer Crew Event Set-Up 2 is responsible for:

  • Duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Following instructions to set up items for the event
  • Setting up signage (golf course/start line), tables and giveaways
  • Working with food vendors and assisting with food/beverage distribution
  • Decorating
  • Making goody bag
  • Stuffing envelopes/packets
  • Making name badges

Core Skills Required

  • May require all participants to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test result or show proof of vaccination
  • Follow instructions to set up items for the event
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork
  • Maybe required to assist with lifting items
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
