Bristol's Promise is a nonprofit organization serving children and families and its Parenting Sweet program helps make parenting better for children and parents. Our mission is to mobilize the Bristol community to meet the basic needs of each child, youth, and family while promoting the development of their character, faith and educational potential.
Description
Bristol's Promise serves as an umbrella organization that identifies needs within the greater Bristol area and creates initiatives to fill those needs. Current initiatives include: Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and Trauma-Responsive Care Community, Bristol Connect Workforce Sustainability, Buckle Up for Life, Reading Buddies, Parenting Coalition, Poverty Education and Awareness Programming, and Diversity and Equity Initiative.
