Salt Lake County Aging & Adult Services Health Promotion Team is recruiting volunteers to help facilitate classes in Salt Lake County.
Classes include: exercise for older adults, falls prevention classes, diabetes and other chronic condition self-management classes, Tai Chi programs and a urinary incontinence class for women.

The Salt Lake County Active Aging Program provides exercise classes, volunteer opportunties, community projects, educational classes for older adults 60+ in the community.

- Most classes are taught in a 6 or 10 week series. Must commit to teach at least 2 series annually. Classes are taught M - F 9 AM - 3 PM
