Caring for mind, body and spirit. The Fountains at Hosanna! Senior Living was established in October, 2012 to provide care and enrichment for older adults.
The Fountains at Hosanna! Senior Living offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care units within its community. The Fountains at Hosanna! is owned by Hosanna! Senior Living, LLC, whose focus is on ministry and service to others in all phases and ages of life. The community is managed by Ebenezer Management Services, an experienced provider of residential and health care environments for seniors since 1917.

- Due to Covid protocols and precautions, each of our onsite volunteers are required to wear a protective mask when in our building and/or with our residents. All onsite volunteers must have Covid and annual flu vaccinations.
