Volunteer Digital Content Creator

Unity in Greensboro is a positive, practical, progressive approach to spirituality with great youth programs, inspiring activities, and an inclusive environment. We are looking for social media savvy volunteers to help create content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest that will help spread a message that reflects this.

• Gratitude
• General spirituality
• Self care
• Mental health awareness
• Positive coping tools
• Positive mindset
• Inspiring personal and global change
• Holidays (fun, cultural, & federal)
• Inclusivity & Diversity
• Service to others
• Stories of overcoming & spiritual growth

Responsibilities:

• To create one piece of branded content each week in the form of a graphic, written post, or video
• To personally comment on at least two posts each week on your platform of choice
• To attend a virtual, quarterly check in meeting with the whole social media team

Knowledge or Skills:

• Access to the devices and software needed to create your content
• Ability to communicate about and follow through on deadlines
• Experience in creating content for one of the above mentioned platforms
• Fluent in English
