LOT2545 works in Kampala, Uganda empowering youth. We primarily with youth living on the streets through providing opportunities for education, small businesses, or reuniting with family. However, we also have programs for single moms and 6th grade girls.
We are looking for an accountant to help with the yearly 990 and monthly reconciliation to quick books. Our current accountant will retire at the end of this year and is willing to train the incoming person.

Description
We work in Kampala, Uganda with teenage boys that used to call the streets home. We provide a safe space, off the streets, where they can begin to heal and prepare for their futures. We also work with a wonderful group of ladies, providing fair wages for their handmade creative works.

- At the end of each month we will send an excel spreadsheet of donations and expenses to be reconciled and entered into quickbooks. It shouldn't take more than 5-10 hours per month.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks, Excel, and filing proper tax forms for 501c3s.
