Harmony Cares Hospice formerly Grace Hospice, is currently seeking Volunteers to serve our patients in and around the Cedarburg and surrounding areas.
Hospice services are designed to provide comfort care as well as spiritual and emotional support in the final phase of a terminal illness. At Harmony Cares Hospice, we focus on enhancing the quality of life and our Volunteers play a key role in our mission. Our hospice program strives to go beyond the physical needs of the patient. Harmony Cares Hospice ensures that our patients will spend their final days of their journey in comfort and with dignity.
If you are caring, compassionate and have a true desire to help others, becoming a Harmony Cares Hospice Volunteer may be the perfect opportunity for you. Our Volunteers share their time and talents in order to offer companionship to our patients, while easing the burden that may be felt by their family members during this difficult time.
Our Volunteers provide a variety of supportive services through companionship, caregiver relief, empathetic listening, life review, special projects, fun activities, and so much more!

Description
Harmony Cares Hospice formerly Grace Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals who are willing to provide emotional support and companionship to our patients and their families experiencing Hospice. Volunteers are a vital part of the interdisciplinary team and truly are the heart of our organization. In addition to placing friendly visits, volunteers can also assist with bereavement support, caregiver relief (respite), running of errands, special event planning, veteran to veteran outreach, pet, reiki, music and massage therapies, office support - and more!
