Bring your camaraderie and listening skills to share "war stories" and make a difference in a Veterans Day! We have many patients who are veterans and Traditions Health and Hospice is looking for Veterans and or active-duty members to volunteer and visit Veteran patients.
The familiarity and comfort that Veterans share with one another makes a relationship very special especially as a patient is entering a terminal phase in his life.
We will work with your schedule and match you with patients in your area of town!

The mission of Traditions Health Care and Hospice is to promote health and independence in the patients we serve, to attract and retain exceptional healthcare professionals and to conduct our business with compassion and integrity.
As a Traditions Hospice volunteer there are many opportunities in which can you can help patients and families. Office Assistance, Bereavement Program, Patient Companionship, helping with social activities (when we are able to return into the nursing facilities).
Without volunteers, the hospice program could not provide the kinds of services witch are needed to enhance the quality of the lives of our patients and their families.
