STEM Paths Innovation Network (SPIN) Fellows seeks women of color* to volunteer their time as coaches for our students.
SPIN Fellows is a free program for 11th-12th grade girls* of color in King County interested in STEM. Coaches provide Fellows with valuable support & resources to help guide their journey exploring STEM careers during and beyond high school.
The program is structured with all Fellows events, activities, internship & volunteer opportunities, individual sessions, and resources to connect the Fellows, alumna, coaches, and families to build a strong foundation to support each student along their pathway to success.
We are also for coaches who can be a resource for high school students and/or are available to speak on career panels and lead workshops on career development, college prep, study habits, stress management, social justice, etc.
