Kirkwood Historical Society - Call for Key Volunteers

Kirkwood Historical Society (KWHS) is seeking Key Volunteers. Key Volunteers are critical to the success of KWHS and will provide service, management, consultation and advice to the Internal and External Affairs of the Society and Mudd’s Grove. If you are passionate about Kirkwood we have opportunities for you to engage with an active and vibrant Board. This is not a search for Episodic volunteers (one-time event based).

Governance Committee - 2 Key Volunteers

The Governance Committee is responsible for the nomination of candidates for offices of the Society and for vacancies on the Board of Directors. The Committee is responsible for periodically reviewing the defined and adopted mission and vision statements of the Society and whether they are consistent across documents and activities. The Committee periodically reviews governing documents of the Society, including the bylaws, and amends such documents as necessary.
