Safe Way Out needs volunteers willing to help protect those who have been targeted by violent abusers, traffickers, and stalkers. Our volunteers sometimes go to the homes of those living in fear for their safety and install security measures and conduct safety planning with the client. Measures such as "Do it Yourself" cameras, motion sensors, alarms, etc.
Most of our clients are helped via workshops where we meet with a group of them, conduct safety planning, assess their situations, and hand out security measures.
We also expect our volunteers to help fundraise whenever possible so we can accomplish our mission of protecting lives!
We will train you 100% for free!

Position is an unpaid volunteer position, however other paid opportunities are possible for right candidates if we receive a grant for salaries.
Background check is required. Please be upfront about past transgressions, CEO is very understanding of past mistakes.

Description
Protection Response Team members go out to homes of families who have been impacted by domestic violence, human trafficking, stalking, and are living in fear. These brave volunteers are the backbone of our organization and get to directly help keep women, children, and sometimes men safe
Now paying $50 a house call!
Security Surveillance Team members view the security camera placed by a PRT member from the comfort of their own home and work in shifts.
Community engagement team members raise awareness, funds, locate those who may need our services, and assist with events.
