Creative Emajinations will be hosting their first annual Gala at the Nelson Atkins Museum volunteers are needed to help us reach our goal of creating awareness and fundraising underserved children and their families in Kansas City. The Hero-ions for the Arts Gala will help support continuation of our programs and services while helping them to reach their fullest potential with the help of skilled volunteer. If you would like to help fundraise, collect donations, volunteer in any way please let us know we have included a short description of some of the responsibilities that will be needed prior to and on the day of the event. The minimum time required is 2-4 hours the day of the event depending on your responsibility.
1. Event Coordinator
2. Event Coordinator assistant
3. Auction Inventory/Clerk, record keeping of auction items
4. Guest check in 3:00p-4:30p
5. Decorating 2:00p-3:00p
6. Closing/Clean up 7:00p
