"To make a difference in someone's life you don't have to be amazing, rich, talented or beautiful;
you just have to be you and care."
Bristol Hospice East Bay needs volunteers from San Jose to Antioch. We provide training and support to prepare our volunteers to join a professional team of physicians, nurses, home health aids, social workers and spiritual support providers. We all work together to support patients (and their caregivers) at the end of their journey. This is a great opportunity for medical, psychology or social work students, veterans, folks with 4 legged emotional support companions, artists of all kinds and everyone else with a big heart. If you're curious about Hospice we're happy to answer your questions about our teen (14 to 17) and adult (18+) volunteer programs.
