Volunteers to provide manicures for our senior living residents. Visit with resident while you file, remove polish, polish and lotion residents' hands as requested. We can work with your availability! Prefer volunteers who can stay for 1.5 hours or longer at a time and come minimally twice a month. We provide all supplies.

Cassia relies on volunteers as partners in serving older adults and depends on the involvement of volunteers in all aspects of its operations. A strong culture of volunteerism within Cassia and the communities it serves supports vital aging and enriches the lives of individuals. Volunteers are essential to the growth of our mission and bring critical energy, ideas and innovation as new dynamic roles are created for volunteers of all ages. The Volunteer Services Department serves Thomas Fenney Manor with a competent volunteer staff whose services complement those of the paid staff. The department’s purpose is to support Cassia’s mission by providing quality service from responsive, reliable and courteous volunteers.
Description
A first-in-the-nation assisted living/memory care public housing development. Thomas T. Feeney Manor is a four-story 48 one-bedroom unit development specifically designed for seniors needing enhanced assisted living or memory care assistance. We are located in Heritage Park near north Minneapolis and is part of a newly developed senior campus that includes Heritage Park Senior Services Center and MPHA's 102 unit senior housing development, Heritage Commons at Pond's Edge.
