Help welcome visitors to our East Metro Place facility in White Bear Lake! Assist staff with basic admin tasks, including but not limited to: answering/transferring calls; printing, copying, scanning documents; receiving and distributing donations; and helping families meet non-urgent basic needs.
This is an ongoing opportunity. Times needed are Monday-Friday, either 8:30am-12:30pm or 12:30-4:30pm. Volunteers must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 shift per week. Flexible scheduling is available as needed.

Solid Ground is an award winning nonprofit organization whose proven, holistic approach helps families build the strong foundations they need to emerge from homelessness into a brighter future. Through safe, affordable transitional and permanent supportive housing and innovative supportive programming, Solid Ground helps families transition to a higher-level of self-sufficiency and break the cycle of homelessness and poverty for the next generation. Solid Ground currently runs eight programs in suburban Ramsey and Washington Counties housing nearly 700 women, men and children annually.
