PiELL Program Coordinator

Position Description
This position reports to the Board President and is the only paid position, $15 per hour, working 6-10 hours a week. It is the PiELL primary point of contact for students, donors, volunteers, board members, and other organizations. This position performs all office operations and supports board members, tutors, and other volunteers.
This position maintains the office hours which allow our library resources to be available for our tutors and assists the tutors as they come in for new materials. This position is responsible for updating our database, preparing thank you letters, organizing material for tutor training, performing our banking and post office needs.
