You will serve ACA clients as an unbiased, knowledgeable guide, providing education and assistance with navigating the insurance sign-up process. Good computer skills are required. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, most appointments are conducted virtually at this time.

The Council on Aging of Buncombe County is a Navigator Agency for Buncombe, Henderson, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Transylvania, and Yancey Counties. We need Navigator volunteers in all 8 counties.
