CornerHouse is hosting our 32nd annual "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" event on Tuesday, July 25th! The event includes an evening of baseball at CHS Field.

Looking for volunteers to help with registration, selling merchandise, help direct silent auction, hand out promo items, and also clean up.

Looking for help between the hours of 5-9PM.

Description

CornerHouse is a great community resource that is on the frontlines of child abuse; assuring that the voices of children, adolescents, and vulnerable adults are heard. CornerHouse is also valued as an industry resource; teaching and sharing best practices, observations, and techniques in forensic interviewing.

Founded in 1989, CornerHouse is anaccredited Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) that coordinates multi-disciplinary teams to assist each child and family and offers services that are designed to minimize trauma to child victims of abuse, to provide support and assistance to the entire family, and to hold offenders accountable.

CornerHouse was founded as a private, non-profit organization in public-private partnership with Hennepin County Attorney's Office, the Minneapolis Police Department, the Hennepin County Sheriff's Department, suburban Hennepin County police departments, Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health Department, Hennepin County Medical Center and Children's Hospitals and Clinics-Minneapolis.
