Mower/Groundskeeper 20 hrs/week

ORGANIZATION: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

St. Catherine Creek NWR is looking for a person to mow the tall grass, weeds, and shrubs. You'll work mostly independently using the refuge riding mowers. There is an RV pad with full hookups (water, electric, sewer) available for free while volunteering a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a minimum term of 6 weeks. Laundry facilities are available as well for volunteers. All residents of the RV must work 20 hours, and we are happy to accommodate couples if we can find an appropriate position for your partner (for example, answering phones and helping at the office or weeding the garden).
