Looking for volunteer host families to provide a welcoming home to an International high school student for 2022/2023 school year.

Greenheart Exchange (www.greenheartexchange.org) has students from all over the world so you can take your pick of what country you would love to learn more about. Families can be made up of all sorts of different people (people with young children or no children, empty nesters, single parents, retirees, etc.)

Students have their own health/accident insurance, and monthly spending money to cover sports fees, prom, clothing, etc.), You just need to provide a bed, three meals and local transportation. Most students will be in your local public school and busing will be provided. They have a desire to have an American high school experience and have a willingness to share their culture and learn about yours.

To learn more: Call Wanda at 904-588-2338 or send email to: Greenheart.wandak.cox@gmail.com
If interested in hosting please visit www.hostwithgreenheart.org

If you can't host for an entire school year then by all means consider being a Welcome Family. As a welcome family you will provide a home for 6-8 weeks while we look for another family. Student will attend one of the charter schools in Jacksonville, San Jose Prep on Sunbeam Road or Duval Charter at Baymeadows on Baymeadows Way.
