SUMMARY:
This role is required to work with leadership to analyze the operation of drinking units to create a prototype and get funding. A Project Leader should be able to maintain quality, safety, and control standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical reporting and statistical data analysis of the process design.
Prepare a proposal for a drinking unit prototype.
Research about getting funds for drinking units.
Connect with Internal/External stakeholders on matters related to prototype design.
Maintain all required records for operations, and licensing.
Develop and ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and test methods.
Lead a team to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
Attend weekly/monthly meetings as per schedule.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree completed or equivalent work experience (at least 3 years or more full-time paid corporate/non-profit work experience)
Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, or related sciences.
Experience in getting funds for projects.
Good analytical skills and willingness to learn.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Focused attention to detail and critical thinking.
