  • This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity.
  • Project Leaders are expected to put in a minimum of 8 hours per week and be responsive to emails within 36 hours
  • STW(tm) welcomes volunteers who are seeking skill-based volunteering opportunity. STW(tm) shall provide "letter of recommendation" professionals who demonstrate outstanding contribution for professional references.

SUMMARY:

This role is required to work with leadership to analyze the operation of drinking units to create a prototype and get funding. A Project Leader should be able to maintain quality, safety, and control standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical reporting and statistical data analysis of the process design.

  • Prepare a proposal for a drinking unit prototype.

  • Research about getting funds for drinking units.

  • Connect with Internal/External stakeholders on matters related to prototype design.

  • Maintain all required records for operations, and licensing.

  • Develop and ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and test methods.

  • Lead a team to get the job done efficiently and effectively.

  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings as per schedule.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or equivalent work experience (at least 3 years or more full-time paid corporate/non-profit work experience)

  • Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, or related sciences.

  • Experience in getting funds for projects.

  • Good analytical skills and willingness to learn.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Focused attention to detail and critical thinking.
