Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with VP to develop an annual meeting plan
Creating zoom events, adding meetings to the website
Submitting PDUs
Updating PP for the events
Emailing event materials before the event
Meeting schedule: once a month, 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm PST
