The new Volunteer Park Amphitheater is opening on July 2nd. In celebration of the opening, Volunteer Park Trust is throwing a Grand Opening Celebration on July 2nd from 2:00-7:00pm and Summer Series at the Amphitheater, six free concerts on Thursday evenings from 6:00-8:30pm. Two hour shifts are available at each event throughout the summer.
We can't wait to activate the new amphiteater and celebrate with you! As a volunteer-based organization, your participation is key to our success. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make these events memorable for the community. We will need help with event setup, takedown, and a variety of tasks in-between.
