Recruiting Organization: Global Change Project

The Help Network is a program of the Global Change Project established in 2012. We place volunteers with people with disabilities and seniors, a similar model to Big Brothers/Big Sisters, but with a different target population. Our program has been a resounding success, unable to keep up with demand. We are now seeking a dedicated, motivated, and proactive Volunteer Executive Director to help with our post-Covid relaunch in Paris.

This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired person, a stay at home Mom with executive skills, or anyone who is passionate about the disability services space looking to build and take ownership of a new project.

We have a great deal of infrastructure for the program already in place, though much more needs to be done in picking up from where we left off. The role requires a self-directed individual with executive skills who is able to work independently in the full range of executive functions.
