We're looking for a handful of folks to support our ACT-W conference attendees through career coaching. This is a virtual event and you would sign up for a shift where you will meet 1-on-1 with a few attendees for 30 minutes each. Are you a recruiter or hiring manager, or do you have another kind of expertise in this area? We would love your help! The conference is taking place on August 30 - September 1, 2022, with career coaching for a few hours each day.

ChickTech is dedicated to retaining women and non-binary people in the technology workforce and increasing the number of people of marginalized genders pursuing technology-based careers.
Description
ChickTech is a multi-generational community helping each other become technology creators. We facilitate hands-on technology-centric events and mentorship to empower, support, and increase the confidence of girls, women, and non-binary folks. Through our programs, we build community, empower participants to see themselves as leaders, and provide networking and mentoring opportunities in the rapidly growing tech industry.
As a mostly volunteer-run non-profit, we are always searching for partners who would like to get involved through donations of expertise, volunteer time, in-kind, funding, or just by helping to get the word out.
